Within the framework of the priority actions mandated by the Central American Educational and Cultural Coordination of the Central American Integration System -CECC/SICA- with the support of the United Nations Children’s Fund -UNICEF-, an articulation process has been launched with the Ministries and Secretariats of Education of Belize Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic, in order to formulate joint policies that guarantee the human right to education of thousands of girls, boys , adolescents and young people who are currently in a situation of human mobility.
